    Job Overview

    Shriners Children's Northern California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team in our Pediatric outpatient team.

    This position is per diem, non-exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $ $63.60/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.

    Responsibilities


    This position will take an active role in performing assessments, providing treatment to children with orthopedic and/or neuromuscular conditions, and documenting results in the electronic medical record in an outpatient setting.

    Collaboration with the patient, family, medical staff and entire clinical team will be expected and essential in contributing to high quality care and exceptional patient outcomes.

    The successful candidate will possess positive energy combined with strong interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.

    Qualifications

    1 year Occupational Therapy experience required

    1 year of pediatric experience preferred

    Must have basic computer literacy for documenting in an electronic medical record. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are desired traits.

    Must possess current licensure by the California Board of Occupational Therapy and CPR certification.
