- Compile, review, edit, and submit all SEC filings that are not filed by the Company's outside counsel. Expected filings including all 10Qs, 10K, Annual Reports, 8Ks, S8s, and S1s.
- Compile the annual SEC filing calendar and drive the quarterly and annual SEC filing process.
- Manage external resources to the extent they are utilized to help compile, edit, and/or file the abovementioned SEC filings.
- Identify, design and propose ways to make the revenue accounting function more efficient, accurate and timely on a global basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and adherence to SOX controls.
- Primary technical accounting inhouse expert, providing guidance as it relates to complex accounting matters.
- Stay current on the latest financial accounting and reporting developments particularly ASC606 for revenue reporting.
- Assist in the company's quarterly debt compliance reporting
- Complete quarterly GAAP checklist.
- 810 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical accounting discipline (or related field)
- 5+ years SEC Reporting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience preferred
- CPA
- Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements
- Knowledge of GAAP, including Revenue Accounting
- ERP System experience with QAD
