Expeditor Job Description

The Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring that every guest receives their food hot and exactly how it is described on the menu.

Responsibilities:

• Arrives to work on time as scheduled and dressed in full uniform
• Acknowledges all guests within five feet with a smiling, friendly manner
• Adheres to all service standards to create exceptional guest experiences
• Works directly with both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) team members to ensure timely fulfillment of guest needs

• • Ensures menu knowledge addresses server or bartender questions about the menu, including food allergy issues.
  



• Upholds recipe specifications and perfect presentation of every dish. 
  
  lThe Expeditor is responsible for ensuring dishes reach guests piping hot by calling for 'food runners.'

Maintains neat organized work areas; includes sweeping mopping when necessary liNotifies management immediately of any potential guest Team Member issue
Safety & Sanitation: Maintains clean sanitized work areas washes hands every 30 minutes throughout shift Works effectively communicate ensures safety sanitation protocol being executed company standard.\
