    Position Overview: As an HR Generalist/Partner, you will play a pivotal role in addressing employee relations issues, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and providing vital HR support to our team in Los Angeles.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behaviors, making termination recommendations when necessary.
    • Flexible to work in LA City 3-5 days a week as needed, with remote work on other days.
    • Collaborate effectively with management and staff, maintaining clear communication and professional boundaries.
    • Previous experience in a non-profit organization is advantageous.
    • Bachelor's degree and HR manager experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software such as Ceridian.
    • Dedication to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
    • Experience managing full-time employees.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee relations issues.
    • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records.
    • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
    • Support DEI initiatives within the organization.

    Position Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Salary: $70,000.00 to $83,000.00
