- Directly supervises a group of employees performing work at the GS-7, and GS-9 level, providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.

- Administers operating programs and activities supporting benefits and services provided to Veterans, their dependents, or beneficiaries.
- Manages, directs, or assists in managing or directing, one or more programs to deliver or support delivery of services and benefits to Veterans, their dependents, or beneficiaries, such as voluntary services, or health and safety services.

Summary
Incumbent serves as Supervisory Program Analyst for 3 or more Program Analyst/Specialist staff that are responsible for the analyzing all Consult and Budgetary data related to the outsourcing of Community Care Consults. This individual has responsibility for directing, planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating administration of all Non-VA Care/Fee programs, Sharing Agreements, and other contract and agreement services.Duties
