    Job Description Job Description About the TeamQuality Technology Team focuses on the quality domain, providing a series of effective quality products and tools throughout the entire software engineering lifecycle from development, testing, and changes to online operation and maintenance.

    Aimed at business, we offer comprehensive quality improvement solutions, helping businesses quickly build quality technology capabilities in areas such as quality built-in, testing efficiency, automated testing, change risk prevention and control, architectural risk governance, and monitoring and emergency response.


    What you will do:

    • Responsible for analyzing and identifying the pain points of code quality in business, providing solutions, and promoting implementation to ultimately improve the code quality.
    • Responsible for building the measurement and insight mechanism of business code quality, decisionmaking improvements, and system optimization, guiding the continuous improvement of code quality.
    • Responsible for the development of tools and platforms for quality builtin (static code scanning, unit testing, CodeReview, code complexity control, architecture metrics, selftesting and integration, etc.), achieving scalable improvements in code quality.

    RequirementsQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer related major.
    • Established experience in static code scanning, unit testing, CodeReview, code complexity control, architecture metrics, self testing and integration, and efficiency improvement.
    • Able to accurately and comprehensively understand the business, analyze quality pain points, and design reasonable solutions for code quality improvement.

    Preferred qualifications
    • Experience in improving the efficiency of a large organization is preferred;
    • Successful track record of large scale project implementation is preferred;
    • Experience in both server side and client side R&D process improvement experience is preferred.
