The Human Resources Talent Program and Outreach Team (HRDTO) lead the World Bank Group's efforts to attract and pipeline diverse, highpotential talent through recruitment programs (Young Professionals Program, Internship Program and Global Partnership Programs), university outreach and partnership.

What you will be doing?

• Support Team Leads in delivering work programs by contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses, and preparing presentations, briefings, and other communications.
• Assist with talent outreach, employer branding, including updating content across internal and external platforms and developing communication materials.
• Support webpage development and content management.
• Help organize and coordinate outreach initiatives, such as university events, virtual information sessions, and career fairs.
• Prepare clear, well-structured, and visually compelling reports for internal team use.
• Provide analytical support including gathering and analyzing data to support key performance indicators, illustrate trends, gaps and success factors.

What you will bring?

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent outreach, and employer branding.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to perform data analysis and translate insights into clear reports and presentations.
