    Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Hanford, CA let you help patients in skilled nursing settings regain mobility and independence. You will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, instruct patients in exercise techniques, and maintain accurate records. This position requires a Doctorate (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active California PT license, and current CPR certification. One to two years of clinical experience and strong communication skills are recommended.
