    Hello, my name is Daniel, and I am a recruiter with Kelly Services. One of our prominent clients is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Round Lake, IL.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) standards.
    • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage employee schedules, and address any employee-related issues.
    • Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Federal Trade Zone requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams.
    • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a strategic mindset. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.
