    This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Perform the full range of case management and desk responsibilities, including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points and requirements
    • Manage foreign partner relationships
    • Prepare budgets and manage administrative plans
    • Prepare reports for senior executives
    • Manage and track projects
    • Conduct research and analysis on behalf of the customer
    • Prepare and present briefings and participate in meetings with senior officials Requirements: (Level 2)
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience performing the full range of case management and desk responsibilities, including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points and requirements, doing administrative plans, and preparing reports
    • Demonstrated experience with customer case management and with customer messaging system (Level 3)
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience performing the full range of case management and desk responsibilities, including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points and requirements, doing administrative plans, and preparing reports
    • Demonstrated experience with customer case management and with customer messaging system
    • Experience working with/managing foreign partner relationships (Level 4)
    • Minimum of 11 years' experience performing the full range of case management and desk responsibilities, including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points and requirements, doing administrative plans, and preparing reports
    • Demonstrated experience with customer case management and with customer messaging system
    • Experience working with/managing foreign partner relationships
    Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners Desired Skills:


    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or finance (preferred) or demonstrate strong understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge (Required for Level 3 and above or demonstrated understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge of at least one of the following topics: financial institutions; how money is transferred worldwide; and threat finance topics as published in USG and IC products)
    • Experience working with/managing foreign partner relationships
    and repeated interaction with foreign partners (Required for Level 3 and above)


    • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners (Required for Level 4)
