    The Journey Ahead Home Care Agency in Cleveland, OH is looking for HHA, CNA or STNA to staff a cases in Cleveland, OH. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

    HHA $14/HR; CNA $15/HR; STNA $16/HR; PRN $17/HR

    Responsibilities
    • Provide personal home care services in patients residences
    • Perform domestic and household tasks
    • Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
    • Assist with clients personal care activities
    • Report on clients condition
    • Maintain patients care records and document provided services
    • Assist patients with mobility and transferring
    • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
    Qualifications
    • Proven working experience as HHA
    • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
    • Caring and compassionate personality
    • Current CPR certificate *Required
    • Current First Aid training *Required
    • Valid drivers license *Required
    • High school degree
    • TB testing *Required
    • Background check upon hire *Required
