Job summary
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Officer to join our acquisitions team.Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (200+ calls daily minimum) to property owners, brokers, and other market participants to source off-market acquisition opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and industry contacts to create a robust pipeline of potential deals.
