    About This Role

    This Staff Pharmacist role plays a critical part in our mission to provide high-quality patient care and services. You will be responsible for leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, as well as supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

    • Patient Safety: Ensure the safe handling and dispensing of medications, and identify potential risks to patients and colleagues.

    • Pharmacy Professional Practice: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.

    • Regulatory Requirements: Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards, ensuring that our pharmacies operate safely and effectively.

    • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes to ensure high-quality patient care, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

    • Personnel Management: Lead and motivate your Pharmacy Support Staff, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

    • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet patient needs.

    • Financial Profitability: Drive revenue growth and control costs, ensuring that our pharmacies are profitable and sustainable.

    • Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that our pharmacies operate safely and securely.

    • Workflow Management: Streamline processes, improving efficiency and reducing delays.

    Requirements

    • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.

    • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

    • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).

    • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
