    SummaryThe Business Development Representative (BDR) will work with VP of Business Development as well as Client Services Team to target, qualify and grow the various business units for Summit Pharmacy Solutions (SPS).

    The BDR will have assigned revenue goals and activity responsibilities.

    Will conduct On Site and virtual visits with current and future clients as well as attend management meetings and industry functions on behalf of the organization.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

    New sales activities include the management of prospecting, qualifying, closing.

    Interact with Client Services, Sales Teams and clients to facilitate meetings and complete client onboarding documentation and post go-live requirements for plan changes and reporting needs.

    Generating new sales and add-on sales revenue within a current customer base.

    Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social sellingTeam player who is comfortable working with various departments throughout the organization to deliver positive ideas and feedback to current and future processes.

    Working vertically with Client Services team to help develop customer facing material as it relates to client resources, tool and documents.

    Extremely organized and proficient with documentation through company CRM.Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations.

    Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
    Thrives on change while remaining highly motivated, optimistic and coachable.
    QualificationsBachelors or Associates in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field required. Minimum of two years experience in customer service, sales or account management roles. Preferable experience in the pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management industry.

    Ability to respond professionally to email correspondenceWork EnvironmentThe position is a hybrid based position with around 75% travel and office presence at our Denver, CO location.
