Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications: Utilize Flutter framework to design, implement, and maintain high-quality mobile applications compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.
• Code and Debug: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, conduct thorough testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the overall reliability and performance of the applications.
• Optimize for performance: Implement best practices for optimizing app performance, including minimizing latency, improving load times, and optimizing memory usage.
• Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in mobile technologies, Flutter updates, and industry best practices to continually enhance skills and contribute to the team's growth.
• Collaborate on project planning: Contribute to project planning and estimation, providing technical insights and recommendations for the successful execution of mobile app development projects.
• Bug fixing and maintenance: Address and resolve issues reported by QA, users, or internal teams promptly to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

• Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, specifically using Flutter.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Solid understanding of Flutter framework and its ecosystem.
• Experience with state management, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in project requirements, technology, and priorities.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of previous Flutter projects or apps is a plus.
