As the Full Time Maintenance Manager at Jetpack Shipping in Akron, OH, you will play a crucial role in controlling and approving expenses, implementing maintenance strategies, and workforce planning. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy to ensure efficient operations at our manufacturing facility. To excel as the Full Time Maintenance Manager at Jetpack Shipping in Akron, OH, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering preferred) or an associate degree in a related technical field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance is essential, along with proficiency in Process Safety Management. Additionally, expertise in utilizing ERP systems for work order tracking, inventory management, and PM tracking is required.

Experience with reliability-based maintenance approaches and predictive maintenance technologies will be advantageous in this role. Strong leadership skills are a must, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to mentor and guide the team successfully.
