    Job Description


    As a Business Analyst with Training Experience at HyerTek, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our technology solutions.

    You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training and support.

    This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Dynamics CRM, Cloud technologies, Power Platform, and SharePoint, and a passion for educating others through the creation and delivery of custom training.

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements Gathering:

    Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives, translating them into technical requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Cloud, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions.


    Solution Design:

    Work with cross-functional teams to design and configure custom solutions that meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.


    Training Delivery:
    Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams, creating and maintaining training materials, documentation, and user guides.

    Change Management:
    Assist in change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and user adoption strategies.

    Testing and Quality Assurance:

    Develop test plans, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.


    Client Support:
    Provide ongoing client support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions.

    Knowledge Sharing:

    Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization by mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal training programs.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Cloud technologies, Power Platform, and SharePoint.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
    Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, or SharePoint are a plus.
    Must be located in the Washington DC Metro area, as the client will require onsite visitations 3-4x per month.

    Compensation / Benefits

    Salary:
    $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience/certifications)
