What We're Looking For:

DDS/DMD Degree:
Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Missouri

Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans:

Physical Requirements:

Essential Duties Performance:

Tuberculosis (TB) Testing:
