- Support the coordination and monitoring of district LETRS professional development sessions.
- Create and manage NCEES courses for LETRS asynchronous and synchronous learning.
- Track attendance and issue CEU and NCEES course credit for professional development sessions.
- Serve as a district point of contact for LETRS communication with Voyager Sopris Learning, Inc.
- Provide timely assistance and support to LETRS training participants.
- Ensure required participants are registered for scheduled training sessions.
- Monitor completion of required asynchronous and synchronous coursework.
- Maintain and update district and school LETRS rosters.
- Collaborate with school LETRS liaisons, administrators, and district staff to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Generate and share professional development and school-level data reports as needed.
- Support stipend coordination with schools and the finance department for summer coursework.
- Assist with inventory management and distribution of LETRS manuals and materials.
- Collaborate with district early literacy staff and elementary specialists to support bridge-to-practice implementation.
