- The Recruiting Specialist is highly organized and detail-oriented with expertise in highly effective communication and interview facilitation.
- They are the representation of the Recruiting team.
- They will oversee interview scheduling, sourcing, and Recruiting projects as needed.
- They will be directly supporting UP&E recruiting.
- They must be adept at decision-making as well as collaborating with others in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- They will Schedule interviews and meetings for relevant stakeholders.
- They will Communicate regularly with recruiting, candidates, and hiring managers ensuring timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- They will assist with Assist in drafting official internal documents such as offer letters, change memos, and performance management documents as needed.
- They will assist with event coordination via recruiting, DEi, and culture activations.
- They will Maintain and organize internal Recruiting files.
- 2 years experience scheduling interviews in an applicant tracking system and Outlook.
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 1-year prior recruiting experience required.
- 1-year prior sourcing experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills required.
- Smart Recruiters/Workday Experience.
- Graphic design Adobe/Photoshop.
- Social Media/Influencer Marketing.
