Responsibilities:

• Represent sellers and buyers at a high level in real estate transactions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare comparative market analysis and other necessary documents to determine a property's value.
• Educate clients on basic real estate practices.
• Build relationships that last.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Commission pay
