- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, including timeboxing, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
- Guide the development team on Agile principles and the Scrum framework, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members improve their Agile practices and collaboration skills.
- Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Act as a servant leader, empowering the team to self-organize and find solutions to challenges they encounter during the development process.
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and priorities.
