Job summary
The Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst supports the technical administration reporting and optimization of the enterprise LMS. This role focuses on system configuration data integrity user support and continuous improvement to ensure the LMS operates efficiently and meets the organization's learning and development needs.Responsibilities
- Support the configuration maintenance and testing of the LMS and related learning technology modules.
- Provide daily system support to HR Learning & Development partners managers and employees upload courses configure learning/curricula assignments troubleshoot issues resolve system errors escalate to vendors when needed.
