    View Job DescriptionRequirements / QualificationsIdeal candidates will be Spanish-Bilingual, have a master's degree in Educational Leadership (doctorate preferred) and at least 3-years of secondary site-based administration (principalship experience preferred), teaching experience, strong communication skills, and organizational and team-building capacity.

    A minimum of three years of experience as a site-level administrator; valid California Administrative Services credential; and teaching experience in grades 6-12.

    A valid Class C California driver's license; an automobile to be used in the course of work; and proof of insurance is required.

    Applications must include a letter of intent; three recent (within one year) letters of recommendation; and a brief statement addressing ways you plan to assist instructional staff to increase student achievement, including all significant subgroups in Monrovia, resume, copy of credentials, and university transcripts.
