- Review and process agency reports
- Review and resolve outstanding/unresolved shifts in agency portal
- Set up new agency profiles
- Update agency profiles
- Audit 1099 profiles to verify all labor management related entries are correct
- Review and process agency invoices in iPayables
- Process PBJ imports into Simple PBJ
- Assist with TeamWorkers payroll
- Terminate agency profiles monthly after review of zero hours report
- Serve as back up for payroll processing
- Serve as back up for scheduling
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have superior computer skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy.
- Must possess a keen eye for detail and be able to troubleshoot problems effectively.
