    Job Description:

    Join us as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) working alongside licensed physical therapists to aid patients in recovering from various medical conditions. Your role involves assisting in executing personalized treatment plans, tracking patient progress, and delivering essential support for the best rehabilitation results. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a firm commitment to patient well-being.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in evaluating patients' conditions and requirements
    • Execute customized treatment programs under supervision
    • Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
    • Track and adjust treatments based on patient progress
    • Educate patients and families on the recovery process and home exercises
    • Maintain precise and current patient records
    • Collaborate with other healthcare team members for holistic patient care
    Qualifications:
    • Hold a state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
    • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Capable of effective teamwork
    • Show compassion and a patient-focused care approach
