- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Customer service skills working with examinees, faculty and staff.
- Ability to be discrete, sincere, and perceptive in working with examinees.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, Internet, and email and standard office equipment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy working with the public and have a strong initiative to workindependently
- Ability to work in a quiet environment, learn detailed procedures, and handle a reasonable amount of stress
- Must not be a Galveston College student.
