to provide expertise and leadership in the technical design, solutioning and resiliency of these primary tools within Collaboration Services.
Working with the tower lead & architects, this person will be primarily responsible for leading the Engineering program related to these tools; The future state, design, documentation and interdependencies of solutions within these platforms is the core focus.
What you will be responsible forAs the
Senior
Microsoft Teams & M365 Engineer
you willDevelop solutions that meet business and technical requirements for associated platforms.
Work directly with operations teams to implement solutions designs.
Work with networking telephony team to integrate Teams Voice with Cisco Call ManagerWork with Security & Compliance teams to ensure adherence to policy & controlsOwn solution and engineering documentationWork with End user support teams to ensure they have appropriate tools and documented procedures to support end users.
Work with cyber security teams to mitigate risky activity within the environmentProvide L4 support in the event of major incidents.
Work with Project Managers and business stakeholders to provide expert advice for leveraging Teams and other linked cloud technologies to scope solutions to meet real world needs.
Prepare for, and take part in, internal audit activitiesConduct bi-annual reviews of internal documentation & processes. Create remediation plans based on findingsImplement automations for repeatable tasksLiaise with the Collaboration Services Center of Excellence team in order to build repeatable / scalable product solutions for internal customersWork with management and the strategy team to define long term solution & environment roadmapsWorking with engineering, develop streamlined and automated Service Now & SailPoint workflowsWork to reduce tech debt; routinely look for and offer up rationalization proposalsWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
