    Chef de Partie Position

    We are seeking experienced and talented chefs to lead our summer restaurant kitchens in Greece. Our chefs are dedicated team players who share our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

    Our kitchen team provides a diverse range of meal options, catering to all tastes, across four busy restaurants serving Mediterranean and Modern European cuisine. We host various events, including a Food Festival with 'street food' style pop-ups and long table feasts.

    The Club features two restaurants: The Terraces, offering lunch and dinner with a menu featuring dishes cooked on the barbecue and fire table, and Tasi, providing breakfast and lunch options with Mediterranean bistro-style dishes.

    The Deli Kitchen offers a casual dining experience with Italian-influenced food, while Mikro Nisi, a modern Greek fish taverna, serves sharing plates inspired by local ingredients and its seafront setting.

    We also host a Guest Chef Series, where accomplished chefs collaborate with our kitchen team to create exciting menus for food enthusiasts and guests alike.

    With regular weekly events and private parties throughout the season, our kitchen teams have plenty to keep them engaged. We are looking for experienced chefs to join our team this summer.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage a section within the kitchen
    • Participate in events on our weekly agenda as required
    • Collaborate on special events such as weddings and Guest Chef feasts as required
    • Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain profit margins and minimize waste
    • Effectively communicate ordering requirements with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
    • Contribute to the creation of new menus and dishes that cater to guests of all ages and dietary needs
    • Ensure dishes are prepared and cooked according to specific standards
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, health, and hygiene

    Essential Requirements:

    • Substantial experience in a professional kitchen environment
    • Up-to-date Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
    • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant
    • Desirable: Experience in a 2 Rosette restaurant and EU Passport Holder
