    Unilode owns and manages the world's largest fleet of approximately 160,000 unit load devices (ULDs), for use in the aviation industry, and owns and operates the largest global network for the maintenance and repair of ULDs and inflight food service equipment. Unilode provides management, repair, short term leasing and digitalisation solutions to over 90 airlines through a network of more than 550 airports, 18 regional offices and 50 certified repair stations, supported by 700+ employees.     POSITION OVERVIEW

    Our entry level technicians are responsible for the smooth and efficient repair processes for ULDs, Galley Carts and Pallets. This is a full-time role. Shift times vary around the hours of 07:00-10:30hrs

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Repair aviation components in accordance with the relevant regulated manuals
    • Abide by all company and aviation authority procedures
    • Report discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Meet production targets
    • Carry out other duties as and when directed, like cleaning containers or pallets etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have High School Diploma or GED
    • Excellent communication skills including written and oral
    • Flexible, agile, adaptable and self-motivated
    • Ability to use hand tools
    • Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
    • General knowledge of aviation regulations
    • Ability to interface with computers
    • Ability to read technical publications and drawings
    • Some weekend and evening coverage will be required from time to time
