Job Summary:
The Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes as per physician's orders. Duties include recording clinical notes, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring top-quality patient care within the assigned geographic area. This role involves collaborating with Registered Nurses and supervisors, in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:
License Requirements:
Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation are essential. CPR certification is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in home care is beneficial.
