    Brand new suburban apartment property looking for a Maintenance Technician to prepare new units for move-in, and perform any repairs within the units. Full-Time position with shared on-call responsibilities. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and troubleshooting of furnaces and hot water tanks. Help maintain exterior curb appeal of the property.

    Requirements:

    Normal work hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. After hours on-call emergency maintenance will be shared with other employees. Must hold a valid NYS driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must have own tools and be able to lift 50 lbs. without help.



    Compensation details: 19-19 Hourly Wage
