    We are on the lookout for a motivated Senior Engineering Project Manager (Marine/Waterfront) to collaborate on exciting infrastructure projects within the marine industry. You will work alongside our expert team, providing technical guidance, design leadership, project management, and specialized engineering expertise.


    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Managing projects in partnership with design collaborators and clients
    • Engaging in business development activities, such as crafting proposals
    • Implementing design best practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards
    • Handling forecasting, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned projects
    • Executing tasks on projects requiring extensive knowledge of marine infrastructure
    • Preparing construction drawings, engineering reports, and technical specifications
    • Supervising construction administration tasks and conducting site inspections as needed

    In addition, you should possess:

    • A Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
    • A Professional Engineer (P.E.) License and a minimum of 10 years' experience in marine/waterfront structural design and construction
    • Demonstrated Project Management skills and technical leadership abilities, including proposal preparation
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities

    Compensation Details:

    Base salary: $124,000 to $174,000 for Oakland and Seattle locations (compensation varies based on factors like education, experience, and location).
