- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields; must have experience in the apartment industry or excellent handyman skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- Monday – Friday, 8 5 p.m.
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Monday to Friday
