    Dagelijks aansturen van orderpickers en drivers.

    Overzien van dagelijkse werkzaamheden en processen in de hub.

    Het behalen van KPIs tijdens jouw shift.

    Plannen van hub-medewerkers (orderpickers en bezorgers).

    Je zal de rechter hand zijn van de hub manager.

    Je bent flexibel en hands-on waardoor jouw shift elke dag een succes is.

    **Functie-eisen**

    Je hebt al enige ervaring met leidinggeven of je wilt graag jouw eerste stap maken naar een leidinggevende rol.

    Je bent een teamplayer en je steekt graag je handen uit je mouwen.

    Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.

    Jouw communicatie skills zorgen ervoor dat jij makkelijk met mensen kan samenwerken.

    Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

    Je vindt het leuk om onze klanten een geweldige ervaring te geven.

    Je bent bereid om zowel ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten te werken.

    Je bent 18+ jaar.
