- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- No less than five years of experience in a similar role, working directly with senior management.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
