Join us as a Business Systems Consultant - HR and take on complex challenges while expanding your professional repertoire and supporting the growth of others.

    In this role, your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with HR leaders to align technology solutions with business strategies
    • Acting as a bridge between business units and technology teams to deliver valuable solutions
    • Owning operations of the Workday HCM application
    • Developing project plans and documentation
    • Keeping abreast of industry advancements
    • Mentoring junior team members
    • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies

    • Jira/Confluence
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Fostering relationships with stakeholders and clients
    • Understanding SDLC processes

    Qualifications for this role:

    Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role

    Required:

    • 7+ years of functional HR platform experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience in system testing and validation
    • Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
    • Track record of delivering project objectives successfully

    Beneficial:

    • Knowledge of Workday HRIS and Agile software development
    • Prior consulting and global user base experience
