    Description

    Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a AR/AP associate for a 3 month contract opportunity.

    Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

    Pay $20-$37 (based on experience)

    • Handle day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
    • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
    • Maintaining historical records
    • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
    • Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
    • Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance
    • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
    • Continuing to improve the payment process
    Qualifications:

    2 years of AP/AR experience

    More seasoned Accounting professionals with NetSuite experience will be considered

    Pay Details: $20.00 to $37.00 per hour
