The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees the team members day to day operation. Creates work schedules, evaluates their performance and resolves employee complaints. Additionally, this Supervisor is responsible for the quality of work, the productivity of the department, the moral of the department.- Interviews and selects employees.
- Provides training in accordance with RHS policies and aligns with regulatory environment of care standards.
