    The UX PM will support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects. Works with UX team members to create project timelines and monitors progress of UX deliverables. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, business stakeholders and IT delivery PMs.

    • 5-7 years of experience as a PM
    • Design or UX Experience preferred
    • Strong business acumen
    • Agile experience/certification

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Track UX timelines and project delivery
    • Create Project Kick-off materials and facilitate kick-off meetings
    • Develop and drive high-level project milestones and detailed project plan
    • Assist in managing project backlogs, participating in sprint planning and grooming
    • Clear communication of project plans, status, and critical issues to project stakeholders and sponsors
    • Partner with Portfolio Managers and UX lead to maintain UX roadmap
    • Assist project to completion through defined stage gates, deliverables, and approvals
    • Remove roadblocks by identifying issues early and proactively identifying solutions and escalating as appropriate

    Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends and deliver projects on time, with expected feature sets

    Managed multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional groups, from planning, coordination, risk mitigation, and drove those projects through to deployment.

    Exhibit appropriate levels of urgency

    Experience with GitHub, ADO, JIRA preferred

    Pay Range: $60-80/hr.

    The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
