    Listing Agent Opportunity We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to grow as a Listing Agent inside a productive real estate environment built around structure, consistency, and long term success.

    Through mentorship, step by step guidance, and hands on support, you will learn how to manage listings efficiently, improve seller conversations, and develop habits that lead to consistent results in real estate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
    • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
    • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
    • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
    • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
    • Lead follow-up
    • Follow the team plan
    • Attend team trainings
    • Sales scripts and CRM mastery Qualifications:
    • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
    • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
    • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
    • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
    • Great communication
    • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions

    Compensation:
    $160,000+
