- Greet customers and complete necessary rental information by scanning and checking the rental agreement using the handheld unit
- Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature
- Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary
- Secure all vehicle keys
- Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested
- May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle
- May be required to move vehicles
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe exit process for Rental company
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Have a driver's license
- Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Need to have weekend availability
