    New opportunity with oranization that has continued to grow year after year.

    The company has gone from one shift to three and is looking for a new team member to create training, quality, and safety program that aligns with their customers and company vision.

    This is a hands on roll up your sleeve position.

    You will have a team of 3-5 supporting you in more junior roles- so you must have excellent team building and communication skills.

    Lead by example but allow your team to learn and grow so you can grow as well.

    The Manager for Training, Quality, and Safety plays a critical role in ensuring the well-being and development of employees while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

    By effectively leading a team that will contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.



    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership and Management:
    Supervise and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and performance excellence.
    Assigning supervisors, team leads, or employees to specific training programs and safety initiatives based on company goals and iniatives
    Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues or concerns in a timely manner.


    Training Program Oversight:
    Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives across the organization.
    Develop training plans and schedules, prioritizing critical training topics and ensuring coverage for all departments and job roles.
    Review and training materials, presentations, and resources developedto ensure consistency and applicable accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.


    Safety Protocol Implementation:
    Work closelyto develop andimplement/monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.
    Monitor workplace conditions and practices to identify potential safety hazards and risks, taking proactive measures to address them promptly.

    Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability among employees at all levels of the organization.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and safety initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in training delivery, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance efforts.
    Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the overall effectiveness of training and safety programs within the training new employees on company procedures and policies, including ethics policies and safety measures

    Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    Determining and distributing work assignments and responsibilities and supervising projects to ensure employees collaborate towards a common objective
    Monitoring employee performance and attendance and implementing disciplinary actions, if necessary
    Performing regular audits of departments and production lines to ensure they comply with company standards
    Providing support and guidance to team members to ensure they perform their duties effectively
    Reviewing employee productivity and performance to ensure they meet clients' requirements or recommending improvements to meet quality standards
    Evaluating and recommending alternative procedures for auditing to ensure the company continues to improve
    Conducting regular meetings with the audit and inspection team to help foster teamwork and consistency
    Creating regular reports highlighting audit and inspection performance and areas that require improvement


    Education:
    Bachelors


    Experience:
    4-7 years


    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:


    Proven experience in training program development, safety management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve common goals.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices, along with experience implementing safety programs in a diverse work environment.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve training and safety outcomes.

    Proficiency in using training management software, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant tools to support training and safety initiatives.
