This role is perfect for someone with proven success in: leading a team of training professionals, building collaborative relationships, analyzing business process changes, managing complex medium to large training projects, problem solving and communicating across all levels of the organization.

A background in health care and Epic is a must. Experience with asynchronous learning models, content authoring tools and learning management systems is a plus.

    Our employees work remote but must be residents of Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina or Wisconsin.

    Develops, manages and maintains a high quality training process and programs that support system-wide organizational initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements best practices for the design and development of learning solutions.
  • Continuously evaluates learning-outcome data and modifies programs to improve effectiveness.
  • Analyzes business process changes and workforce training needs.
  • Manages medium to large scale projects, monitors team workload and resources.
  • Recruits, hires, supervises and grows team members.
  • Manages an operating expense budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Five years' experience, with two years' in leadership
