- Conduct assessments to determine students' individual needs
- Develop and implement effective occupational therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Arizona
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
