    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of IT project management methodologies, and a deep understanding of Point of Sales systems.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
    Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Point of Sales system implementations, from initiation to closure
    Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
    Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to understand requirements and expectations
    Maintain clear and transparent communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations effectively

    Team Management:
    Build and lead a high-performing project team
    Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing

    Project Planning and Execution:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
    Execute projects within scope, on time, and within budget constraints

    Point of Sales Expertise:
    Demonstrate a deep understanding of Point of Sales systems, including hardware and software components
    Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-quality Point of Sales solutions
