    Job Summary

    Responsible for oversight, coordination and regulatory compliance of Employee Health daily operations as prescribed by Emanate Health, state, and federal regulations.

    Provides leadership, direction, and general supervision of team members. Management of new hire onboarding process, injury program/ worker's compensation, leaves of absence, and annual health requirements.

    Coordinates with the Director Employee Health in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring a cost effective and consistent program while promoting optimal health and safety of employees.

    Manages employee productivity, competence, morale and utilization including hiring, training, evaluating performance, allocating resources, monitoring and counseling staff and initiating progressive discipline as necessary.


    Job Requirements

    Minimum Education Requirement:
    Graduate of accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing school. Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in related field such as Health Care Administration or Nursing preferred. Current membership in Association of Occupational Health Professionals (AOHP).


    Minimum Experience Requirement:
    Minimum of three years of clinical experience with evidence of strong leadership capabilities preferred. Supervisor experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Experience with Employee Health services, workers' compensation and leaves of absence management.


    Minimum License Requirement:
    Current LVN Licensure required. Maintain BLS certification. Willingness to pursue Worker's Compensation and Claims Administration Certification within 18-24 months of hire.
