CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center offers an entire range of treatment and prevention services to meet the needs of patients experiencing both challenges.
Treatment is built on personal strengths and support systems that treat individuals experiencing these illnesses.Immediate opportunity for a Behavioral Nurse - Lasting Hope Recovery Center
Sign-on bonus RN:
-$20,000 full time, pro-rated for part time
Educational Assistance
-$10,000 full time only, paid over five years
Our nurses are part of our healthcare team who treats patients with a variety of illnesses. You can expect to collaborate on comprehensive screenings, risk assessments, and preventative health education for patients.

Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients.
