    We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Remodeling Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen remodeling division.

    About Improveit Home Remodeling:

    At Improveit Home Remodeling, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and accurate scope reviews, ordering, and installation of purchased services. We are committed to delivering 5-Star Customer Experiences and exceeding net installed revenue goals.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Supervise installers and coordinate communication with customers and vendors.
    • Act in the capacity of our Kitchen Cabinet Refacing expert and coordinate and leverage resources of multiple functional areas under your direction to achieve cycle time and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Create training processes and SOPs for company standards for Kitchen Refacing scope reviews.
    • Submit accurate and timely orders for materials and develop processes to train others to order materials.
    • Act as a liaison between sales and the customer, ensuring we can install what was sold and taking accurate measurements to ensure error-free product and materials procurement.
    • Review job-related paperwork, personally and with the customer.
    • Troubleshoot jobs with Sales and Dept Manager as needed to meet customer expectations and ensure an error-free project.
    • Provide excellent customer service during in-home visits.
    • Take clear project photos, upload them to CompanyCam, and tag them accurately.
    • Attend sales and production management meetings, as necessary.
    • Lead the creation of the Kitchen Refacing training to teach, mentor, and develop individuals to gain the necessary skills to work in a field force, installation, or production-related capacity.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of management or operations experience within a high-volume remodeling, replacement window, residential construction, replacement contracting, or similar organization.
    • Multi-Location Management Expertise – Experience managing multiple offices/locations required.
    • Customer Resolution Skills: Ability to effectively de-escalate customer dissatisfaction and develop solutions to amicably find a mutually agreeable resolution.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems in a high-stress and high-pressure environment.
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SmartPhones, Tablets/iPads, and computer programs such as Salesforce required.

    Compensation:

    $85,000 - $105,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
