JOB SUMMARY
The Boathouse General Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, leading the management team, and maintaining high staff performance levels. This position requires motivating the team, enforcing accountability, and driving success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Plan and execute daily operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Manage financial records and cash control
- Address customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain facility standards and safety
- Develop preventive maintenance programs
- Uphold a positive company image

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years of management experience
- Boating background desirable
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain confidentiality

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Agile movement and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Endurance for outdoor work and various physical tasks
- Effective communication in English
- Essential job site presence
